The September Issue (directed by R.J. Cutler) will premiere on Friday, January 16th, 2009 as a part of the Sundance Film Festival's opening celebration, the 25th Anniversary Gala at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center in Salt Lake City. The film will also be shown in Park City throughout the festival--the dates, times and locations are listed below.

The September 2007 issue of Vogue magazine weighed nearly five pounds, and was the single largest issue of a magazine ever published. With unprecedented access, The September Issue tells the story of legendary Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour and her larger-than-life team of editors creating the issue and ruling the world of fashion.
